Project Linus is a national non-profit organization with a two-fold mission:
First, to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets, lovingly created by volunteer "blanketeers."
Second, to provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested
individuals and groups in local communities, for the benefit of children.
Chapter Meetings are great fun as we prepare donated blankets for delivery to the agencies we work with. Of course, there is always talk and laughter and we would
love to have you join us! You don't need to bring anything
with you--just come.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no Chapter
Meetings or other group gatherings
until we can safely meet.
Please check back for updates.
Nearly all of the agencies we give our blankets to
are in great need of them so please keep making
the blankets according to the guidelines and
sizes found on this website.
You may drop off completed blankets at any of
the businesses listed on the Drop-Off Locations
page but we ask that they be washed and
put in enclosed plastic bags before you take them.
